Before becoming an Executive Coach, I worked for 25 years in the Media Industry in London and New York for the BBC and Warner Bros.
I moved into a new role in Talent Management and in 2012, became the Head of Talent at Fremantle, a global media company with headquarters in Soho.
I was responsible for headhunting and hiring talent across the company and worked closely with the senior leadership team on Talent Strategy and Acquisition. Part of my role was to grow our talent pool so I created and launched new initiatives to attract more diverse talent to work with us.
I also worked with staff supporting them on how to build successful working relationships, often in a high stress environment and how to manage teams and manage upwards. I helped staff to network effectively internally, introducing them to colleagues in different disciplines and externally with my personal contacts so they could forge new professional relationships and develop their careers further.
During my time in the role, I sat on the RTS Futures Committee, ScreenSkills Select Committee Advisory Board and Ravensbourne Media Advisory Board. I have also been a guest speaker for the Royal Television Society and BAFTA Guru. I was described by Broadcast Magazine as ‘Having one of the best contacts book in the industry.’
Since launching my coaching and consultancy practice, I have worked with clients across a wide range of industries including Broadcast, Tech, Data Media, Advertising, Design and SMEs. Alongside my coaching and consultancy practice, I run a 1,500 member networking business for women which I founded in 2006. I was the winner of a place on Google’s highly prestigious accelerator for start ups at Campus London.
Why Coaching?
Coaching is incredibly beneficial because rarely in life do you get the chance to stop and think about whether you are happy and if your career is heading in the right direction.
Working with an executive coach in a confidential setting can be deeply empowering. I approach my coaching practice with empathy and curiosity and challenge clients to delve deeper into their thought processes and work with them to get the results they want.
I help clients look at behaviours that may be preventing them from achieving a more fulfilling professional life. I thrive on working with new people and coaching gives me the opportunity to do that by working with an incredible range of clients in a range of professions from all over the world.
I draw upon my professional experience to help my clients move their careers forward.
I am a confidential sounding board, helping my clients find clarity in what they want to achieve and how they will achieve it.
I challenge self limiting beliefs, I believe that better commercial outcomes emerge from people who feel confident in themselves.
I have extensive experience of helping people move up, sideways or into a new career.

Consultancy
How the consultancy practice works
I will ask you to answer some confidential questions outlining what you think you or your company needs. Then we will schedule a free confidential session to map it out in more detail. I will then send you a bespoke offer based on the information you have given me.
I will send you a short list of questions to establish what you think you need from working with a coach.
I will offer you a free 30 minute confidential discovery session to discuss your answers and how coaching or consultancy might help you.
I will only take on a client if I feel that working together can make a tangible difference to the client and if the client is serious about the commitment and hard work needed to achieve their goals.
I recommend buying a course of 4-6 sessions to start with, the client pays 50% upfront and then the remaining 50% after completing the first three sessions.
Clients opt for different schedules, some do weekly sessions, some bi-weekly or monthly.
It is more beneficial if you keep the coaching sessions consistently scheduled and avoid leaving large gaps between sessions.
My consultancy practice covers a broad range of services including helping clients who are applying for a new job or coming back to work after a career break. Within these packages we cover areas including how to create a brilliant CV and brand, how to build a strong network, how to be your best in an interview, negotiating your contract and how to grow rewarding, long term professional relationships in a new role or new company.
I work with a wide range of companies and start ups creating clear business strategies, this includes pricing, pitching, presentations and new business.
I consult for companies when they are looking at their Talent Acquisition/Talent Strategy. I help companies review their current staffing set up, look at whether they need to re-shape their team. I also review and help the company finesse the recruitment/interview process and therefore attract the best possible candidates.
I have a fantastic network of consultants and companies who I have worked with over the past 20 years who I will connect to my clients if I think they will benefit from the introduction.
